Cancellation Policy/ No-show policy

We understand there are times when you must miss an appointment due to emergencies or obligations for work or family. However, when you do not call to cancel an appointment you may be preventing another patient from getting much needed care. Conversely, the situation may arise where another patient fails to cancel and we are unable to schedule you for a visit, due to a seemingly " full" appointment book.

If an appointment is not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance you will be charged a $100.00 dollar fee, If you miss a second appointment your referral will be returned back to your Family Physician in which another referral will be required to visit our clinic. This will not be covered by your insurance company. These fees are to be paid before another appointment is booked.

Scheduled Appointment

We understand delays can happen, however we must try to keep other patients and Physicians on time.

If a patient shows up 15 minutes past their scheduled time we may have to reschedule the appointment. Please also show up 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete the COVID-19 questionaire.

Zero Tolerance Policy

We do not tolerate inappropriate behaviour towards our staff. We have a zero tolerance policy regarding verbal abuse, or any displays of aggression. Any patients violating the above will immediately and permanently be asked to leave the Clinic and we will be unable to provide medical services in the future.

COVID-19 Policy/ Mask Policy

In order to protect our patients and staff we have put in place protocols to help prevent the spread of COVID-19. Upon entering the clinic you must be wearing a mask. DO NOT come into the clinic if you have any symptoms related to COVID-19, have been in contact with someone with COVID or suspected COVID-19 or have travelled within the past 14 days. Once you have entered the clinic please be sure to sanitize your hands and respect social distancing.  You must remain 6ft from other patients and staff. A team member will be with you shortly to take your temperature, fill out our COVID-19 patient questionnaire and to give you a 3 ply surgical mask to wear in the clinic.
