Cancellation Policy/ No-show policy

We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for all appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
If less than 48 hours’ notice is provided, or if you do not attend your appointment without notice, a $100.00 fee will apply.

This fee must be paid prior to booking your next appointment.

We understand that emergencies and illnesses can occur unexpectedly. Specific situations will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our office as soon as possible if you are unable to attend due to illness or an urgent matter.

If you miss a second appointment your referral will be returned back to your Family Physician in which another referral will be required to visit our clinic. This will not be covered by your insurance company. These fees are to be paid before another appointment is booked.

Scheduled Appointment

We understand delays can happen, however we must try to keep other patients and Physicians on time.

If a patient shows up 15 minutes past their scheduled time we may have to reschedule the appointment. 

Zero Tolerance Policy

We do not tolerate inappropriate behaviour towards our staff. We have a zero tolerance policy regarding verbal abuse, or any displays of aggression. Any patients violating the above will immediately and permanently be asked to leave the Clinic and we will be unable to provide medical services in the future.
