Quebec Patients
All Quebec patients are to pay prior to their appointment for either cardiac testing or if you have a Consult or follow-up booked with one of our Cardiologist. Once you have paid you can request for reimbursement from RAMQ.

Blue Cross , VAF and RCMP patients
If you are a Blue Cross, VAF, Or RCMP patient please be sure to have your identification card with you to show to the administrative staff. Please also be sure to call ahead to make sure that the service you are required to have is indeed covered. Upon arrival one of our administrative staff will ask you to complete and sign a form for us to submit to either Blue Cross, VAF, or the RCMP programs for reimbursement.
